Euro Truck Simulator 2

Skoda Superb 1.51+
Weird Force Feedback (1.43 | Logitech G29)
Since the 1.42/1.43 the Force Feedback has been acting really weirdly (mostly centering). Instead of actually centering the wheel it pulls it to the sides, and overall behaving really abruptly in that matter, one moment there's hardly any force feedback noticable at all but suddenly it pulls to the side (quite strongly). It is basically not drivable like that.

++++++ I am looking for an answer to this question,i have a Logitech DFGT and experiencing the same.I think we are wait the next update this mod.
I get the same, i can only play with the ffb turned off. I am using a Logitech Driving Force GT and I don't have the problem when driving in trucks.

Exactly the same thing for me. I guess we'll be waiting for an update
Same here, when going at a bit higher speeds (70km/h+) the wheel starts turning hard left/right for no reason. Feels like the car is super unstable for some reason.

Hopefully the author will fix it :)

Until the issue is solved by TruckersMP or by another modder, I will refer you to this little guide to "relieve" the issue: https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/topic/108090-g920-steering-wheel/&do=findComment&comment=1048699. Hopefully it works for wheels other than G920 and G29 as well. There are no vehicle-specific FFB definition files in ETS2/ATS (the FFB is global) and I am clueless how to fix it.

Thanks for answer Robi,as you know thats a big problem exactly for steering wheel owners like us, I hope this problem will be solved soon because in this way the car cannot be driven at all with steering wheel.

I couldn't get this to work sadly, in the game settings turning off auto centering of steering wheel doesn't seem to do anything to it meanwhile turning off ffb completely fixes the issue

Force feed back is really important especially play with superb,it gives more realistic reactions on wheel,so i think no one want play without ffb.

Yes but with the current ffb it is just better to turn it off while driving the skoda otherwise it is a wild rodeo
i think its to do with sum kind of weight ratio in game cus ive had this with other car mods of the internet
Set front powering axle to false and rear to true and that will fix it

How can i set this settings,where ?
Hey guys! To disable front axle go to mod's directory then
..def/vehicle/truck/(name of the mod car)/chassis
Here you need to edit all chassis types (if you will use all of them)
Open a .sii file and find following lines:
*powered_axle[0]: true # front*
*powered_axle[1]: false # rear*
Change front to false and rear to true
That's it! Just don't reupload mod anywhere else.

Where did can I find this ? I look at around that files but didn't see. Also this mod on Steam so after subscribing,it installs itself and its files are not in the mod folder,is it ? I would be very happy if you could help me,I have a history of 2 million km with Skoda :)

IT WILL ONLY WORK WITH NON ENCRYPTED MODS (and I suppose Robi's Skoda our only option)

You have to download the mod from workshop using some external downloader. Just search smth like "steam workshop downloader" and use any of them which don't ask you to log into your steam account.
Then you will have a zip folder named with numbers.
So, extract it to some place and open it.
Next go on path: <numbers>/universal/def/vehicle/truck/(name of the mod car)/chassis
there you can find that config file.
Edit one or all of the chassis configs, just set "powered_axle[0]" to false
That's it!
Now you need to pack the mod back.
So use winrar or smth similar.
Get back to the root folder of the mod where you see files like "mod description", "manifest" etc
Select all and "add to archive"
Settings for archive:
format - ZIP
compression method - STORE
When you packed the mod and have .zip archive just change ".zip" to ".scs" and place that in ETS2 mod folder as a mod.
That's it DONE!
