Hawk has a post on the main thread about this but i am still missing some artifacts too, Hawks post below.

"On the snow mountain there's a large cave entrance on it's north side. There's a small habitable cave on the south side. The north side of the temperate mountain that faces the redwoods has a large cave entrance on the raised plateau at its base. There's a relatively small cave north of the cherry tree pond that is for getting down to the water level on a 'dock'. I'm adding scorched earth, wyvern nesting cave and aberration caves also."

I have now found the underwater artifacts cave, its near the bottom left of the map, just swim east from the south west side of the map and you should see it

The west side of the volcano is where the wyvern nesting cave will be. It's about half done and I'm hoping to have it cooked this weekend.
