Modifier for sand storms: severely limits the rang of turrets and dinos on turret mode

yeah if you can put a Tornado Mod in the ark that would be cool you ever played GTA V it's got a Tornado Mod for the game n it's a big Tornado thought it might be cool to have one for ark just a thought!
