Soo, playing with Reactive World (no Genesis) here, i've got a bit of an issue, i found and paid the headhunter in World's End, in the events list it does show upcoming "Recruits delivery", with a timer of around 6h that keeps resetting forever, and i never get my recruits, thus a few questions:
Is it incompatible with RW?
Is my base in the Hidden Forest considered a "dangerous region" for the AG? If so which regions are safe/dangerous exactly?
Am i too far away from an AG outpost for the recruits to spawn?

I attempted building a single shack in Arm of Okran, then Okran's Valley, to no avail, it never seems to spawn properly
