Representative does not spawn
I'v read this:

IMPORT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Some people that tested the mod claimed it works just fine without importing, but others reported that the NPCs don't appear if they don't import. Because of this I highly recommend to import your game straight away for a smooth experience.

Does this mean, I have to import even if I started a brand new game with the mod already enabled?

Specifically the "straight away" makes a vague implication possible it's also needed for a new game.

No, you don't need to import on a new game, but I do see that sometimes the representatives will spawn later on for some reason. Just to be safe, try importing right after starting a new game, I can usually spot them right away if I do that.

same problem here already import my game and I have not encountered any representative in any bar even in hub? pls help.

It seems like every time you start a game or reimport, randomly different places will have or not have the representative. And this does not change over time in my case.

If I had to guess, he had them as bar squads with like a 50% spawn rate. That actually has a chance to just never have any of them, so I would have just made a few cities have them 100% of the time, but if your in doubt, you can just go to the outpost right next to the hub!

Yes, it works perfectly well for me. I did exactly that. It was just not obvious to me and maybe others too. If that is intended, should be added to description - if it was not already meanwhile :)

I don't see the rep anywhere and have imported my game. Is there something with load order we need to do?
