Didn't know where to report this. Sorry in advance.

So I have asked the adventurer headhunter for skeletons, and payed them their money. For some reason, he won't deliver. My base is in the Border Zone. When I look at the Factions tab at the upcoming events on the side, it says that there is a recruits delivery coming in X hours. Whenever the timer hits 0, it will restart. I've tried importing my game, moving my base to another zone, paying him for skeleton recruits again... Nothing works. But for some reason I can get human recruits from the headhunter just fine. I haven't checked Hive or Shek.

Any advice?
