Synth detection special project does not work
With crisis manager, the synth detection special project does not appear to work, i am still getting infinite amounts of synth terror events. I tried to disable them by modding crisis_events_3.txt but it does not work, I think your mod is overwriting the regular crisis events with its own ones.

I have had the same experience. To be specific, the special project never shows up at all.
