How to Create Faction Early Game?
It says I need National Spirit but I don't know what that is or how to accrue it.

There were no factions/alliances in 1857. Allowing players to create them early on in the game will be not historical. Also, if there are going to be alliances, the game creates them itself (Like the Austro-Prussian war on the GitHub version).
