Off the bat, not a meme post.

Now that that's out of the way, viewing this item on 5/24/18, I note some potential things to be changed/improved with this hat:

1 : Those pipes are WAY too clean. Give them some streaks, and maybe ajust the ends to look closer to the grime found on the end of the actual MVM robot's exhaust pipes.

2 : Some dirt here, some staining there, this hat in general is just a little too spick-n-span for a robot hat. I assume you're avoiding the "robo-boogaloo 2.0" thing, so no bolts or rust, but just a bit less sheen and some signs of use like scuffs or lacerations might really make this look awesome.

3 : Color. It needs more of it. Some more teamcolored metal highlights (those black bits connecting the pipes could be teamcolored), or some extra bits around to break the grey, black, grey and a tiny smidge of bronze colors.I have less of an idea of how to fix this one, but I bet you can use the feedback.
