Secret?
I'm just curious buddy,how does this 'secret' works? is it a easter egg in the skin or something like a storyline?

Its kinda actually both. You can find the enigma both ways. But i suggest analyzing the skin.

Does the Enigma have anything to do with how Frost has his arm jets in some shots but not in others? If not, would Grey Fox from MGS be of significance?

Agreed, you can clearly see the collar,the tie,the lapels and the tailcoat. I dont know about the helmet though, but the enigmatic word may have something to do with his ensemble. Maybe debonair,tuxedo or livery?
