Not sure if this counts as for the fact this is testing on MP but it doesn't work client side for MP and when someone clicks, it checks off for all

I dont know I could just be stupid, but i click on a random province i own then CTRL+C and subsequently CTRL+T, but nothing happens - all of my colony states are still colonies. Help?

Using CTRL+Z to mark states should solve the problem. If not I'll look further into it.

Yeah i tried again. Marking states is not the issue, it's just when i try the coring button, they stay as colony states. The population tab at the top-left(ish) shows the non-integrated population as the same as it was before.

Hello ! just to tell you that the remove marks, mark all states, and core states buttons doesn't work for me
