All props, entities and NPCs and vehicles are invisible with some emplacements, while others, only NPCs, some props and certain types of vehicles are visible. How do I fix this? Is it even fixable?

This issues leaves zero LUA errors what so ever, so I can not provide any possible error reports other than what I can visually see.
