something for sound
this is a wonderful mod with many good options, one that it is lacking however is one for sound.
i quite often find myself with a new case of shell shock every time two people decide to have a Di*k measuring contest with EMP guns, so it would be nice if possible to add some options to either
    [1] clients & server can turn down sounds with a Cvar, or other option [2] a sound drop off setting, so someone can turn it down, so sound are still loud up close but not from afar [3] something else i have not thought of it would be wonderful if this could at least be considered - a person who enjoys your work - useless

This is a feature that I added while rewriting the add-on, I couldn't do that before because the sound was server side
