Is there any way to make the player moove the artillery ?

Hey, i Got a problem with something with your addon. On my darkrp server, players can buy your artillery buy the F4 in the entities menu. But they can"t move it, can I change that by the console or by ulx "player who can buy artillery have specfifics groups in ulx". Thanks in advance (sorry if i got a bad English)
