Shell Velocity Bug (?)

Sometimes Shells just break the whole Gredwitch Base causing projectiles to go much slower.
This makes artillery have ungodly dropoff and missiles are slower than planes. It even breaks the Neurotec projectiles. Any chance of a fix?

*Neurotec missiles are unaffected.
