In order to help you, let's have a more in depth look at your setup. Would you be so kind and answer me the folloing questions:
- Where did you get the mod from? (Steam, ModDB, Launcher or Nexus)
- Has it ever worked in the past?
- Do you have that problem on other Modules as well, for instance in Native?
- Do you have any program running in the background that could infringe with your connectivity? (http servers, LAN clients like hamachi or similar)

Looking forward to your answer and we will hopefully be able to resolve your problem quickly.

Thanks for the help, first of all. Secondly, I got the mod off of ModDB. I used to play Persistent Frontier a long while ago, never had a problem with it. I don't have problems in any other Module, and I don't have things running in the backround, except maybe YouTube for music.

First, after realizing an NA server wasn't up yet, I tried ''EU_Phoenix''. The ping was around I think 130, which is normal for EU servers on my end. The NA server ''NA_Infinity'' I tried had around a ping of 50.

Can you tell me which exact name you used to connect to EU_Phoenix, maybe we can find something in the server logs

I tried to join as ''Robert''. Nothin but Robert.

Alright, I can tell you right now that this name is most likely already taken and therefore you cannot use it anymore. While I check the server logs, can you try and connect to eu_phoenix with a complete random name? Like "Robert338795neverused5" and alike and see if the server actually response with anything.

Yes. That was the issue. I used a bunch of random letters / numbers, and it works fine now. Thank you.

So this might differ from server to server, the one name you use on one server might already be taken on another.

i have this issue,i am trying to get onto Pax_calradica_roleplay i install a new scene it works perfectily fine but then once i exit and rejoin with the same downloaded scene i just had it joins for about 1 to 3 seconds then quits and gives me the pop up of 'connection to server is lost' I was also able to play when the number of players on the server was reduced to below 10 but this isnt an issue with other servers, it works fine on native and even other servers of this mod I have also played persistant worlds and never encountered this issue before. and i am 100% sure the character name is mine and no one else is trying to join as that character as the server locks player to a specific character name by GUID
