I am currently at turn 25 on a legendary roman campaign.
it seems that the game crashes everytime i close the "rebel army spawns" message. the province is corsica et sardinia.
i think it could be that the rebels dont have enough place to spawn on either of the islands.... i have one army in raiding stance close to the capital of the province.

additional information: this is the first time a rebellion has happened in this province. there is no other rebel army in my territory or near my territory atm.
