Is the snap supposed to kill NPCs or Players?
I just ask because only one time have I gotten it to kill my friend (We just play on a 2 person server), and every other time it's totally ignored him and every NPC I spawn
EDIT: Though this was from using it last night, so I don't know if any tweaks have been done since

it kils half of all npcs, so if there are 2 ncps one will die
