Bugs and Issues
post any bugs here! bonus points if you can get me a screenshot of the crash screen.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO TRY THE MOD WITH ALL OTHER MODS DISABLED FIRST!!
If you can determine which mod is conflicting with it, I might be able to make a compatibility update if it's a commonly used hud or utility mod. Maybe.

If I'm not active on Steam, you can let me know about bugs in the comments of the Youtube trailer, which I am more likely to see

One issue i found was that when auto attacking, you auto rotate away from whatever you're fighting, making anything that isn't a spider tough to fight

not a crash, but it seems like it makes my fire pit invisible in both normal and first person view

fire is still there, and can still add fuel, but the pit is invisible

2 things, one I tried to cook food and it crashed my game and two, when I look up it lags pretty bad, in using mac, that might be the problem

not just that but pretty much any structure like fences, walls, ice flingomatics, fence gates, salt licks, even trees and rocks dissapear but are still there

Vanishing issue everybody has already mentioned, and also when looking left or right in a straight line, the view also looks up a considerable amount, meaning whenever I turn I have to fight a strange automatic upwards motion of my view. If this is a differently behaving problem for everybody then perhaps the solution is some more in-depth configuration options for sensitivity on each axis of turning?

This is... weird. I've not experienced this bug at all, nor have many other people reported it. I imagine it's only happening to a select few.
Are you running any other mods along with this one? And if so, can you tell me which ones?
I'm assuming this is happening in first-person mode?

I'm guessing this has something to do with the custom shader. If you're looking for a quick fix while I try and find a solution, disabling "simulate darkness" in the mod configuation menu will likely solve this issue (but also create other ones)

Ah, I know what this is. I thought I solved this for all of them, but looks like I may have missed some. It seems there are a few rare screen resolutions that can cause this to happen, resolutions not devisible by easy numbers (supposedly) If you're playing in windowed mode (non fullscreen) make sure the game is maximized.
Do you happen to know what your screen resolution is? I can look into that for you, it shouldn't be a difficult fix

Noted, I'm looking for a fix for this. Do you know your screen resolution by chance? Do you play the game full-screened? If you right click on your desktop and click "screen resolution" it should list it there for you

That's strange. The feature is supposed to auto-rotate the camera towards the enemy, not away. I've been testing it out myself today, and it to worked fine for me. Are you using any other mods along with this one?

Do you know what food it was that you tried to cook? I've got nothing for you on the upward camera angle lag though, that honestly sounds like more of a problem on the game-engine's end for macs, but I can't be sure.

Ah, I found the issue and was able to fix it! Currently pushing an update, it should be out now!

As for the mouse movement issue, I worked on it today, bon't won't be able to finish it until tomorrow.

resolution is 1920 x 1080
thanks for tending to this mod. It's quite excellent stuff.
do you know what causes the look motion to force the view in certain directions? For me, it's bad enough that I can hardly play with the mod enabled because I'm constantly trying to look back down when I turn simply to keep a straight-forward view.

@Pickleplayer, yeah I did, it was monster meat, I think I know why, I cooked it while holding Q, that crashed the game
