[UNDOCUMENTED FEATURE] Mod only works correctly with single-grid constructs

Multiplayer RTS

The mod only works for the owner of the server and not the other players. Everyone else is stuck at 100m/s even when they change their file data whilst the owner can go the speed set. Is the mod meant to be only for single players?
