Shek Ruins east of Admag double wall layers
Not sure what's causing this. Thought I might ask if anyone else is having this issue. It seems to be partially rebuilt internally with a few patrols and some guards stuck in the old makeshift wall gate with the new upgraded gate and walls layering the outside trapping everything in.

Likely a mod conflict. Two mods editing the area adding a fixed version.

CATO v3 does it to me, press shift+F12 and then click on the walls to check which mod is adding each wall

I figured it might be, but now I have a lead on where to look. Sorry for the trouble!
Yeah, mods that add or change zones will cause that. I had to manually go through any and all mods that do world edits, and choose which ones I want to keep. I like a lot of what CATO does, but I also like some of the expanded city mods. So I had to manually remove those "zones" from the CATO mod.

....I am still waiting to see how much issue it's gonna cause with RW
