Driving Fogmen out of fallen HN?
So, I noticed that one of the changelogs was that Fogmen that take over fallen HN towns/camps can actually be driven out. How is this done? I can't find much info on all the changes that RW does

There are special fogman leaders in the overrun HN military bases. If you take them out, you can push the fogmen back, with the Flotsam and/or Shek taking over the forts.

About this, what happends if I kill the HN om those outpost again? It goes to the fogmen again or go to some bandits??

If you kill the HN leaders there, they fall to fogmen. If you kill the fogmen leaders they flip to either Flotsam or Shek. If those factions are destroyed then the forts simply become ruins.
