Big Grim questline issue
After completing the smuggling quest for the Hounds, i got another to set up an outpost near Shark and grow hemp, which i did with a character. After growing a fair bit of hemp, i returned to Grim but could not complete the quest by handing over the hemp.

Has anyone completed the quest before, and what do i need to do to do so? I need some advice.

If you set up an outpost in the swamp there'll be constant assaults from the Red Sabres that the Hounds help defend. Other than that there's nothing more.
