Can't see any reason they wouldn't be. Should be a naked P4 unit either sitting in the bar, or sometimes wandering the outpost.

And another Waystation with no checker. Do I need another mod for them to spawn? Or tick some box in the settings?

No other mod should be needed, nor any settings to toggle. Though if you have a mod that overrides waystations, I could see it causing issues. Anything abnormal about the residents of said waystations?

There is one world state checker not at a waystation, he's at the "unusual camp" on an island far to the NW. Should be a map for sale in the bar at any waystation, though if you've got something overriding them, it's possible it's missing too.

There is a map to the debug spawner at every waystation bar, but no skeleton. The mod is at the bottom. I do have a bunch of mods, can't see if any are ruining the waystations. Can you check?

Whoops, just realized it's my fault. Did a behind the scenes overhaul recently, and only just realized I screwed up the world state checkers at all but one Waystation (the one in the Stenn Desert).

Should be fixed now. Sorry about that!
