Reformists without Purging?
So, in the Reformist focus tree, both "Purge the Officers" and "Purge the Scientists" focuses say that they can be bypassed. I can wrap my head around how to bypass the Officer Purge, but I can't seem to find out how to remove "Treacherous Scientist" national spirit to bypass the purge.

Am I missing something or can you not continue without purging the scientists?

You can't avoid purging the scientists only the officers by reforming the corps. The scientist debuff isnt that big of a deal anyways.
