Question on Civil Power Grid.
Dear modders, could you add a decision for civilized and advanced faction which could allow them to gain access of civil power grid? So that the technology would not limited to Enclave only? Thanks

I know where you are getting from. But I've concerns about balancing.
I mean, OWB and especially ERB are already unbalanced af. So who the f cares?
That doesn't mean though we have to add to that though.

The reason why I ask that question is because, enclave's civilian power grid is powered by Gecko, which under the control of Vault City. That make me wonder, why can't other faction who control a power plant or substantial amount of energy could not have their own version of power grid?

When more faction start building it, and annexed into one United State, it would also united by the same power grid and start re-industrialization, that is what enclave foreseen before the war, right?

That why I started the question.

You can't. You can have a maximum of 2 Core States afaik (Sierra and VC)
