So I took the opportunistic approach after Caesar and his football slaves along with the Tin Cans of Isolation in the west decided to simultaneously declare war on the NCR but unfortunately my contribution was so little I couldn't take any of the states.

This has left me in something of a position and I'm not sure what to do about it.

I have over 200 divisions with full support and compliment along with MG brigades and artillery support and they seem reasonably effective against the Legion, my territory gain is slow but steady. The problem is that every. Single. Damn. Time. They annex me without making any significant strides at all and I'm at a loss. I have a huge garrison posted in the capital and a second full-force garrison across the major victory points on the borders. My war support is 100% and I have great stability as well, but for some reason I still get stomped and they annex me without even reaching the capital.

Is this some sort of bug? I've taken almost the entirety of the north and I'm pushing up against the Washington Brotherhood and Caesar's allies, and I've already taken Arroyo and Klamath, so my territory is massive but defensible. Unfortunately my soldiers leave holes for divisions to slip through but I figured that my garrisons could hold them easily enough because I poured all the defensive support roles into those divisions.

I'll stop reiterating that I'm being annexed with no effort at all, but it really is irritating because I love this mod and want to take the entirety of the available nations, but with Caesar's super death ray or whatever I've hit a wall that I can't pass.
