Me and my friend have encountered a funny bug.
He is the State Owner but i controll it with buidling options and all.
I´m Enclave and host he´s WashingtonBH.
I declared war on NCR with Poison the Bear after Ceasar attacked.
Friend joins the war over conquer war goal.
Could not join his faction so we had to give military access to each other.
Pulled in a s-load of other nations xD
At the peaceconference only WBH, Ceasar and whitelegs.
Friend just took all and thats how it went.
Keep up the good work Enclave rocks.
Need a own faction or the option to join one tho.
