FEV Nerfed?
Just because the NCR is at war with others should not mean they get it easier. Its essenially cheating. They should have to focus their efforts on getting the cure and get a temporary bonus for a month or something.

The nerf to FEV was mostly to try and reduce the randomness of the games. Since games where the rangers don't join the NCR and Ceaser invades are a complete cakewalk vs NCR ranger alliance and no Caeser.

I guess that makes sense, great job by the way. Is there a rough ETA of when the rest of the map will be filled?

Not sure what you mean by rest of the map, do you mean rest of the focus tree?

Sorry I mean will the rest of America be filled in with factions? The east coast, the commonweath and capital wasteland etc
