How to best mitigate the reform path general loss?
I realize there is a % chance to change a General's allegiance with the Charismatic skill, but are there more forms to mitigate the loss of general's the reform path usually entails in?

I found out you often loose generals because of the crackdown decision. The one you need a reason for, which you get through the focus tree or events. So don't do that, but use the alternatives. But all my purist generals still got a special trait which hinders them from progressing. So keep that in mind.
