Encountered a couple of glitches while going down Purist. The NCR never opened the long 15 or went after the Rapids, so I declared on them as I was moving through the NCR. By the time the war finally ended I never got "Out of the Frying Pan" nor did I get "Careful what you wish for" - after I manually fired Out of the Frying Pan, and the timer ran up the Legion never declared on me. I also got the Area 51 Plasma tech event many many years after I annexed it.
