By completing foci for both the reformers and purists, ending up with power armor units with a speed of 9.8 km/h

not even as high as it can go

have had above 10 km/h with out even needing to cheat

Yeah, I wasn't even trying and was shocked when I saw that speed. The Enclave can get some serious super soldiers going. When it was time to fight the Legion, I was racking in hundreds of thousands of casualties for a few hundred of my own... it was glorious!
