What causes a Purist General To not Be Purged on the Reformer Path ?
I've seen this in a previous run, but i can' remember ...

Occasionally you can convince generals not to be a purist anymore and instead become a reformer or neutral. I also think this can only be done with the charismatic trait but I could be wrong.

It's with charismatic trait and you have to assign those generals to your armies

I had it one time that a Purist General was not purged and still served me. And he still had the Purist Trait.
And at another time i had it, that the Officer Corps stayed loyal and then i had more influence gaining for the Purists/Elites, but overkill generals.

I noticed on both my latest runs that convinsing him wasn't possible to I did an early save and reloaded....and seems the general in question ALWAYS remain purist for me now and you ALWAYS loses 5% Techno party to purist. Bug?
