sometimes when you release algeria it releases them and then 3 seconds later they are annexed by france

if you where to play Niger or Mauritania you can not deploy any Divisions.

I subscribe the game
I say new game
No countries have been released
I check in comments where you say to play as the USA and check under manage terretories
I see all the nations that i can release as the USA, but not the rest of the world
What can i do to just start a game with all the nations "released" ??

Not really a "bug". My mod doesn't release all states. Although if you want to be able to release all the countries, type in "annex all" in console. Your game may lag a bit while doing so, but once it comes back you can begin releasing every country you'd like. If you don't want the whole world puppeted, remember to untick the "Release as puppet". Heads up: you gain some islands that are colonies from the UK or France. These are not returned back to them.

I'll go and try that then

When a country is released it's 100% non aligned but they are democratic anyways which makes it impossible for those countries to go communist or fascist which is really annoying.

"No dlc" Ukraine cant be release with road to 56 but everything else can be released, so almost perfect.

I have flags glitching out constantly, may be a conflic but cant seem to find the culpirit.

@Jebus Same here, if you zoom in the will be the correct flag but once you zoom out a bit they glitch into other flags.
