I think I know how to fix it but I dont know if you want to.

Your "Wallpaper/Workshop content" is using WebM
It would be better if you're use mp4 or something other than this.
Its because WebM content is playing from a second audio source and not from the main.
The mute button mutes only the main audio.

Yeah i know, but the there is the problem with using mp4 it does not give you a perfect loop and gives you a stop in the play, but i am working on doing a update with a webm without sound and so that you can choose music to it.

Best workshop file yet, too bad the resolution of the character itself is a little bit low
