How to Enable
Go to the Post-Process Tab, go to "Effects" and click the "Enable" checkbox.

First grade work, I know, but you'd be surprised at how many people thought the mod was broken just because they didn't know this. To be fair, however, the dev himself probably should've stated this in the description to clear up any confusion (which he didn't.)

Oh, it is under "Effects" in the Post-Process tab.

For me there is no post-process tab
