"The Reformable Great Holy War Era Has Begun"
I am a reformed Revelationist, and I want to call a crusade. I'm unable to because "The Reformable Great Holy War Era Has Begun" is false. How does this event trigger?

It's a condition taken over from Vanilla, basically, you can only do Great Holy Wars if other religions already do them, basically, after the first Crusade fires, there should be an Event that all religions can now go Crusading, which sets the appropriate global Flag. So you just have to wait until ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan.
