I like it. Alot.
AS some dude in the comments said, it should hae a small bite taken out of it after a cap or kill. (Only up to like 3 bites gone though)

If you could make it so if the player eats a Sandvich it would disapear of the hat that would be so great.

Idea; give the sandwich phenomes, so it would have facial movements to match the Heavy's.

They should have different fitting names; like nibbled should be 'attempted', bitten should be 'successful', etc.
