will this work with games like duke nukem 3d?
also, you are missing the 2 secret npcs. i know they exist because i found them in materials, but really.

Nope. Doom uses the Id Tech 1 engine and Duke 3D uses the Build engine, so of course it won't. Also, nowhere in this mod's description is Duke or Build even mentioned. Maybe you should have read it.

i saw somebody using duke nukem npcs in gmod to fight 100 metropolices so....

it was either fake or a different addon
or they modded/made the addon themself

Technically if you replaced things in a doom IWAD you could do it but you'd have to do alot of work.
