This addon is great.But plz change weapons' skins.All weapons' skins are m4a1

If you're referring to the world models of the weapons when held by players, this is intentional. No matter which weapon you were holding in the original Doom, it would always appear to be the same weapon when viewed by someone else. The weapon model I chose is the one that I felt most closely resembles that weapon.
