Positive
+ Hit enemy will gained meter for Healpoints
+ Hit on friendly will heal 20 heath per hit when is empty (when is fully charged) it can heal 300 health
+Alt Mouse 2 will heal yourself
+ on taunt kill, will gain fully meter
Negative
- 50% damage
- + 10% damage panalty on projectiles
- cant heal yourself when the meter is empty

how about

On hit: 15% ubercharge
+35% firing speed
+ the more ubercharge you have, the faster your firing speed and the faster you are
(Can become up to 20% faster and 30% faster firing speed)
-15% damage
-When active lose ubercharge by taking damage (lose all ubercharge by taking 150 points of damage
