Invocation of Isha
playing as Sister's of Thorn. get a trade agreement with a High Elf faction to open this rite. eliminated Nagarthye faction myself this play through so never bothered to get a trade agreement with them. have trade agreements with 5 out of 6 High Elves factions on the Island and rite not available

i am such a tool, 1. damm posted in wrong spot. apologies, 2. it corrected itself after a another rite came off timer for me to do another.
