They likely call on some M$ specific files which do not get downloaded for non-M$ machines and they do terrible error handling causing a crash that will crash any higher workshop id workshop packages to. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE if you use non-M$ machines - manually download the files to your ~/.local/share/Neverwinter\ Nights/ directory.
