you would need to decompile (basically extract the "raw model" files and animations) the .mdl file, add the animations and then recompile the model

using crowbar (a program made for this), you can go to the steam group and download it from there ;)

Welp, I already downloaded, but I don't know where the raw models are

open the .gma file and the .mdl models should be there

Okay, so I tried to recompile one of my playermodels for it to work, yet it doesn't work. There's even a lot of errors in the console. I compiled it to the models folder if that helps

well, because the "Act" part represents the word "Action" and "dance" means...well, dance, that means the command "act dance" represents dancing.

but also, you need a compatible playermodel for this to work...
