black candle makes health bar appear, obscuring the modded heatlh

Thank you for reporting. This is because Curse of the Unknown is removed, I will attempt to make that curse unable to be removed in the near future.

Bone hearts do not register in this mod. Having only bone hearts instantly kills.

Thank you for reporting. Since bone hearts are a new feature, I have not been able to implement support for them yet. I will be able to work on this mod again in the near future, I have just been bogged down with work recently. When I do, these will be the first things I work on.

Impossible to play as a Keeper, he instantly dies in the beggining of the run.

don't know if you still look or even work on the mod, but you can use IV bag indefinitely, and it doesn't cost any health and give coins
