It's a song by Lynyrd Skynyrd, whose title was adopted as a cheer by concert crowds as a substitute for the phrase "encore" because of that band's tendency to play that song at the end of each concert. It also became popularized as a sort of joke request at all forms of concert, whether they were for music or something entirely unrelated.

And then there's the whole "Zephyr is birbframe" relationship.
