First of all, for anyone having my issue (the buttons not even showing up), let me copy and paste a comment from Miss Chiff:
Now, as for your original issue, the issue is that you're using old character sheets, I'm assuming. Did you copy and paste the character sheets (where you track XP and Gold) from an old save before updating? The new character sheets have text fields to let you write XP and Gold directly, and those Scenario Won and Scenario Lost buttons interact with those text fields. So you'll need to delete your current character sheet and transfer the information over to a newer version. Let me know if that either doesn't make sense or if that's not the issue.
This is the problem I have when I click the button. Player 1 gets xp but players 2 and 4 do not. There is no player 3.
I could not reproduce this on a fresh table but we've already been deleting road events and things so like... it's a huge problem to have to transfer our game into a fresh table to get rid of this bug.
in a completely fresh game you can have players 1, 2, and 4, with no 3, and it's not a problem, but for our game, player 4 must move over and crowd player 2 or else. i don't get it.
Tldr make sure gold or exp number in your sheet isn't "grey"
