City and Road Events
I am unable to read the back of any of the city or road event cards. They are all pixelated out. Has this happened for anyone else?

Nevermind, realized you have to change the state on the card to reveal the options on the back.

For some reason I can't get the third state (option B) on any of the cards. Clicking on state in the context menu also doesn't work--I see three states, but trying to set it to 3 doesn't do anything/just resets it. Am I missing something?
