Could you try to disable all of your Workshop addons (not the map) and start it in singleplayer? These doors are packed into the mapfile itself, so some addon probably blocks or corrupts the content. I heard of servers before, that have problems with models like the bins or rocks, which are all packed into the mapfile.

I'm running with 360 addons and I can see the doors, so it seems to be an addon problem rather than the map or game.
