i love the mod, i play it with the "Every state independant" mod and it mostly works great. i noticed that the states that start off as an island never get war declared on them nor do they ever declare war. i unified japan and was neer brought into a war on land until i decided to invade.
i would suggest having a war with a neighboring state on land, and an addisitonal war with a state in a nearby sea region would make the battle royale that much more intense

What does "Weaker countries" mean? Does it refer only to division count, and if so shouldn't templates be taken into account?

Can you make a version that is compatable with Ante Rebellum 0.2? I tried using both together and the event didnt show up and wouldnt work in console either.
